Get answers to the your most common questions that are asked before becoming an Ustaad.
Visit the Join as a Teacher” page, fill out the detailed registration form with your name, contact information, experience, and qualifications, then submit it for review.
Your submission will be reviewed by the EZQuran admin team. Once approved, you will receive an email with your username and password to access your profile.
After logging in, you can create your profile by adding your bio, qualifications, and teaching specialties. EZQuran admins will also set up a Gmail account, course page, and Calendly schedule based on your availability.
Students select your course on EZQuran, and both you and the student will receive an email once they book a slot through your Calendly schedule. The email includes the meeting link for Google Meet or Zoom.
Yes, students can cancel or reschedule their classes directly from the confirmation email they receive after booking.
After each class, you need to mark student attendance on a Google Sheet provided by the EZQuran admin team.
Teachers’ availability is set up via a Calendly account managed by EZQuran. Students can only book classes at least two days in advance.
Students can book a maximum of one 30-minute session per day.
Classes can be conducted via Google Meet or Zoom based on the student’s preference.
You can inform the EZQuran admin team if you need to change your availability on Calendly. They will assist in updating your schedule.
