This Agreement governs the use of the EZQuran platform (referred to as "We," "Us," "Our") by its students ("You," "Your"). By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of any amendments.

1. Admission Policy

1.1 Admission to EZQuran is based on the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
1.2 We reserve the right to reject or suspend applications for inaccuracies or non-compliance with our policies.
1.3 Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of the required fees or scholarship approval.
1.4 Your confirmed admission guarantees your assigned time slot and teacher. You are expected to honour this opportunity responsibly.

2. Course Fees and Payment

2.1 All fees are non-refundable unless in cases of duplicate payments or administrative errors, subject to review.
2.2 Course fees must be paid upon subscribing to a particular membership to maintain access to classes.
2.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of classes.
2.4 A one-month written notice is required for admission cancellations. Fees for any absences or breaks remain due per our policies unless discussed with us in advance.

3. Class Attendance and Punctuality

3.1 Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75% per month.
3.2 Classes missed without prior notice will not be compensated or refunded.
3.3 Makeup classes for teacher absences will be arranged at no additional cost.
3.4 Technical issues must be reported promptly to avoid being marked absent.

4. Absences and Makeup Classes

4.1 Excused absences include illness, emergencies, and technical issues, for which replacement class will be arranged accordingly.

4.2 Makeup classes must be scheduled within two weeks of a missed session and are subject to availability.
4.3 In cases of teacher absences, classes will be rescheduled without extra charges.

5. Behavior and Conduct

5.1 Students are required to maintain respectful and professional behaviour toward teachers and staff at all times.
5.2 Disruptive actions or disrespect may result in immediate termination without a refund.
5.3 Sharing of personal information between students and teachers is prohibited.

6. Course Materials

6.1 Students are encouraged to procure their own Quran and any additional materials as instructed.
6.2 Digital content provided by EZQuran is for personal use only and must not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission.

7. Class Rescheduling and Teacher Changes

7.1 Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
7.2 Teacher changes may occur as students advance to different levels, and prior notice will be provided where possible.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 A full refund is available only within the first week of classes (maximum 2 classes) as part of our 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
8.2 After the first week, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

9. Copyright and Trademarks

9.1 All content on the EZQuran platform is the intellectual property of EZQuran and is protected under copyright laws.
9.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content or trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.3 Recording of the live sessions are not permitted.

10. Privacy

10.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
10.3 Students are responsible for keeping their contact details updated on the platform.

11. Gift Policy

11.1 Any gifts for teachers must be sent through EZQuran, which will ensure proper delivery to the recipient.

12.2 We aim to resolve complaints within three (3) business days.
